Once more, the "remodeling" of the Mexico City airport is a historic failure by the previous and current administration. A new airport was being built, funded solely by private money and the previous administration made a non-binding public poll on whether to cancel it because of baseless corruption accusations. That was 8 years ago, and as it turns out, Mexico City desperately needed a new airport anyways. So the Army took a military base and expanded it to build a toy airport far away, which no one uses, so they had to pour money into the old, aging airport. Renewables is also a smoke screen, last administration spent 0 on the energy infra and now that's why we face blackouts every other day.
More insidiously this infra work is being used by Morena to further militarize Mexico. The military is everywhere in this country and its power and reach continue to grow.
I will preface my comment by saying I'm in no way trying to attack you personally or discredit your opinion based on your foreigner status, but she is not left-leaning. The plan for universal basic healthcare is a rehash of a program that already existed and was cancelled by her antecesor (and mentor). Abrazos, no balazos is also a policy from her ancestor which has resulted (to no avail) in the highest numbers of killings and missing people. Paradoxically, the country has become more militarized, with the Army taking many more responsibilities such as managing borders, trains and airports. The Federal Police got abolished by a National Guard that has since integrated into the Army command structure, no longer a civil force. Previous administration was also against renewables and the trend is still there. It's all populism and propaganda. The judicial power was captured and dismantled along with all serious institutions, and yes, even right wing governments can do it, typically one associates left leaning governments towards separation of powers.

I did not at all comment on the efficacy or even merits of her programs. I was simply pointing out that she is widely considered a leftwing politician. Obviously there are some exceptions like you but like obviously the Morena party is the leftwing party. It's the party that at least says it's gonna do leftwing things. It's the party that celebrates itself for electing the first transgender congresswoman and explicitly includes gender and sexuality commitments in its platform documents. It's the party that explicitly talks about funding social welfare. It's the party that aligns with labor unions.
You can argue whether or not they live up to those ideals but I think it's unquestionable that it's widely viewed as the leftwing party. Just like PAN is obviously conservative.
There is tons of work to do on running optimization algorithms in GPU. In its current form, Branch and Bound and Cutting Planes do not gain an advantage if implemented in CUDA. I have 6 months with my FW16. Everything has been good so far, the laptop itself is overpriced but I'd say that the added value of repairability makes up for it. Will have to wait more time to see if they update the mainboard for the 16 inch model, but it has been a breeze so far.
Does it parse Julia files? I am having trouble with generating the wiki for a Julia repository, what surprised me was that it could parse and understand .tex files! Looks promising.
Quill Deltas are a very interesting concept, I used Quill myself along with Supabase for realtime sharing (not collaboration) of text and it was almost a breeze.
For MIP and LP I have used CPLEX, Gurobi and to a lesser extent Cbc. I used those three using JuMP (Julia package for mathematical programming) and Gurobi via pulp and pyomo. Of all three, I think Gurobi has a very accessible documentation, note that I am not saying better or more complete which in that case it would go to CPLEX, and the integration with Python straight out of the box is very useful. Cbc is a lifesaver when we couldn't access the academic licenses of the other two. Overall, I think CPLEX/Gurobi are my favorites with a slight edge to Gurobi.
I have tried formulating problems using .lp and GAMS but JuMP is so much more ergonomic even if it's strictly tied to Julia (which I find to be a good thing).
I used Gurobi for logistics routing problems years ago and loved it. Especially loved that I could get a fully functional trial that was limited by total variables to develop my problem and use the license version for the production problems
Others haven't said so but maybe you should try Warbreaker as it's the "most" standalone book of the Cosmere saga. It's the "most" in the sense that there are still subtle references to other works but they are very minor and you can totally enjoy it without reading the rest of them first. In fact, once you read Warbreaker you can see some connections with it later on the Stormlight Archive
Not OP, but it felt less polished to me than his others. Part of it was also that he was intentionally tweaking his style for the series (inspired by pulp Westerns). No dramatic difference, but enough to be slightly off.
